Surprise Party at Sista’s

Last weekend, Sista and BIL hosted a surprise birthday party for our father, Wild Bill.  In April, he will be 96 years old.
Sista’s dining room looked beautiful, as always.

Sista used a lot of green because our Dad is a proud Irishman.

#1 and Nef #2.

The Nefs were the very accomplished Sous Chefs for the evening.

The birthday boy arrives…

Lady Anabel (MH’S darling daughter) and Dame Edna (BIL & MH’s sweet Mother) look on at the big surprise.

Neighbor and dear friend, Erin, stops in to say hello.

Max wondering when everyone will leave so he can assume his natural position on his Mama’s lap.

Crazy Wiley who thinks she’s a lap dog.

Nef#2 and I share a special bond because we share the same birthday!

The nefs made this special cocktail for their cuz.

Wild Bill asking his granddaughter for the 96th time if she knows how old he is…

Sista starting the “happy” dance…

Wild Bill accompanied by Monsieur, MH’s hubby, starting to hear the beat.

Looks like a love connection to me.

I wouldn’t be surprised if these two run off together..

The cake I bought baked.

Wild Bill blew out all the candles with one breath!

No one never accused our family of not having a good time.

Have a great weekend!

  8. Your father is adorable and it looks like everyone had a great time! As I was enjoying reading about your celebration (and admiring your sister's lovely home and beautiful kitchen floors), I also was thinking that you all have the most beautiful skin. So I had to laugh when I started reading the comments. I remember your post about skin products. You don't need our advice; we need yours. Thanks for always putting a smile in my day.
